About
CIA Foodies Classes offers hands-on cooking and baking classes, multi-day boot camps, single-day classes taught by CIA chef-instructors, and private hands-on cooking classes or wine tastings. Multi-day boot camps last two to five days and are small-group experiences that include a meal at one of the on-campus restaurants. Single-day classes last three to five hours, use small class sizes, provide a chef-instructor by the participant’s side, and include a full recipe packet to take home.

What families say
“Coming to CIA and attending a Boot Camp turned out to far exceed my very high expectations. If you love to cook, you need to attend. If you know someone who loves to cook, gift them a Boot Camp experience. Or, better yet, attend with them!” — Peter N., Culinary Boot Camp—Basic Training
“The most rewarding aspect of my Boot Camp experiences was the feeling of advancement and accomplishment from working with such professionals.” — Dick Joseph, Boot Camper
