South Shore Children's Center offers an Infant Program for children 6 weeks through 1 year old, Toddlers, Preschool, Pre-K Program, and a Summer Program. The program also runs a School Year Program from September to Mid-June, and its Full Year program includes a 12 month calendar and 10 weeks of summer camp. Summer Camp programs run Mid June-August.

South Shore Children's Center has been operating since 2002. Its tuition is based on an annual fee and is paid in 10 or 12 monthly payments depending on the program. Full tuition payments are required regardless of attendance, and a 30-day written notice is required before leaving. The program also offers sibling discounts, pay-in-full discounts, Early Drop Off and Late Pick Up for additional fees, and excludes federal holidays and transition days between summer and the beginning of the new school year.
