Infinity Visual and Performing Arts Programs is operated by Infinity Visual and Performing Arts, Inc., which has been in existence since 1998. The organization’s mission focuses on educational opportunities and access to the visual and performing arts through music, art, dance, theater, and performance. The leadership team includes Board President Justin March, Board Vice President Makayla Santiago-Frobel, Board Treasurer Jason Stronz, and instructors Emily Strong, who teaches voice and theater, and Heidi LeBarron. Infinity collaborates with area youth programs and other local organizations to offer music and arts enrichment classes and opportunities at more than 12 locations in the community. Pearl City Clay House is a program and satellite site of Infinity Visual and Performing Arts, Inc., and all profits from Pearl City Clay House events and programs go to support Infinity youth programming and Infinity’s mission to help area youth Explore, Experience, and Excel in the arts. Infinity Visual and Performing Arts participates in Doors Open Jamestown, a city-wide celebration of local businesses, organizations, and attractions. The program raises and awards more than $40,000 in scholarship funding annually and, in a normal year, students experience about 13,000 individualized private lessons and 1,500 unique group classes and workshops. Student music ensembles are mentored by experienced, professional musicians in a broad variety of genres for performance-level students, and students receive numerous opportunities each year to perform and showcase artistic talent, including more than 50 events annually in the Infinity Arts Café performance space. Students can study digital recording, audio production, and sound and lighting technology in the recording studio or sound booth, and the Infinity Arts Café offers chances to practice performing on stage in front of a live audience and to observe area professional musicians who share the stage with students. Pearl City Clay House creates and sustains an inclusive, fun environment where individuals, groups, and families can learn and grow through active participation in the visual arts and contemporary crafts.
