Teachers Pets Preschool

Teachers Pets Preschool offers a fun-filled creative preschool program that includes art, music, academics, self-discovery, and hands-on learning through play. Children take part in a Weekly Music & Movement Class, use outdoor playgrounds, and join Holiday Celebrations and Special Events, including a 3-year-old June Celebration and 4-year-old Graduation Ceremonies. The program also offers a 4 Week Summer Camp Program.

Teachers Pets Preschool has been in existence since 1990 and states that it has been dedicated to excellence in education since that time. The program describes its curriculum as age appropriate and designed to challenge children based on their own abilities, with a unique blend of academics, socialization, and creative activities daily. It describes a warm, caring, family atmosphere with close relationships with school families and a fun, nurturing program that it states will ready children for their first step into kindergarten.

Certified Teachers run classes with an experienced and professional support staff. The leadership team includes Miss Beth (Director/Teacher), Miss Cathy (Teacher), Miss Kathi (Teacher), and Miss Kim (Music and Movement Teacher). The preschool follows Sachem School Standards as part of its Kindergarten Readiness Program.

The environment is described as clean, safe, and fun, with newly decorated classrooms and outdoor playgrounds. Holiday Celebrations and Special Events are held in a large community room.
