East Coast Panthers is an elite basketball organization that runs an AAU basketball program, high school leagues, Winter League Tryouts, and the Just Basketball Academy, which offers one-on-one and group comprehensive training. The program also offers summer camps and winter camps where players work on proper dribbling, passing, footwork, rebounding, shooting, and defense. Travelling experiences for players and teams include trips to Boston, MA; Atlantic City, NJ; Orlando, FL; Louisville, KY; and Spooky Nook, PA.

• Schedule: Winter Camp runs February 20th, 21st, and 22nd from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
East Coast Panthers was established in 2011 and operates as a premier athletic club with several practice sites for year-round basketball programs and a state-of-the-art training facility with high-quality courts and top-tier equipment. All campers receive a T-shirt, a basketball, and prizes.
The leadership team includes Chris DiCintio (President & Founder), Larry Rheingold (Vice President, Head Of AAU), Lou DeMello (Director of Leagues), and John Cavaliere (Head Basketball Trainer). The staff includes highly skilled high school and college instructors who teach the listed techniques, with Chris DiCintio involved with high school basketball for over twenty-five years, Larry Rheingold coaching for the better part of 25 years and serving as Assistant Men’s Coach at Concordia College for the past two seasons, Lou DeMello working as an Athletic Director and Basketball Coach/Trainer for nearly 30 years, and John Cavaliere bringing 12 years of college and prep school coaching experience.
The program’s mission is to inspire and empower young athletes through basketball, fostering personal growth, teamwork, and excellence on and off the court. Community involvement includes several fundraising events, such as a Cigar Dinner and Auction in the spring and fall, which raise money to give athletes in need scholarships and serve as social events for the East Coast Panthers community.
