Arc GLOW

Arc GLOW offers KidStart, which provides early intervention for infants and toddlers, a comprehensive preschool program, evaluation services, and Head Start for eligible Livingston County children. It also offers Camp Rainbow, a five-week day camp for children ages 5 to 21, with Monday through Friday hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

About the provider

Arc GLOW was founded in 2021 as a merger between the Arc of Genesee Orleans and the Arc of Livingston-Wyoming. It is a public, non-profit organization founded by parents and friends of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and it supports people with disabilities in partnership with their families and community across Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming counties.

Camp Rainbow is open to all children ages 5 to 21 years old. Younger children must have finished their first year of elementary school. Campers over 16 must still be in school to attend. Camp Rainbow is a five-week day camp. KidStart serves infants and toddlers with special needs and also provides preschool, evaluation, and Head Start services.
