AYSO Section 3 Youth Soccer Program

The AYSO Section 3 Youth Soccer Program is part of the American Youth Soccer Organization, which focuses on youth soccer. The program follows AYSO’s core principles of Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Player Development, and Good Sportsmanship. Participants in this program are also connected to AYSO opportunities such as the AYSO National Games, and the AYSO Membership Year starts annually on August 1.

The program follows AYSO’s mission of providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives. The organization’s leadership includes Michael Karon, President of AYSO. Michael Karon was recognized by Stack Sports with the Stack Leadership Award. AYSO’s community involvement includes a Chicago Public Schools partnership to enhance youth sports programming for fifth through eighth grade, a partnership with the US Center for Mental Health & Sport focused on player and volunteer wellness, a partnership with Northland Sports Alliance expanding soccer programming in Kansas City, and a partnership with BEEUP Snacks as the Official Fruit Snack Partner for the 2025–2026 season.
