Gym-Nest

Gym-Nest offers a wide range of gymnastics and related activities, including camps, a competitive team, tumbling, boys instructional classes, girls instructional classes, developmental programs, Ninja Warrior, preschool classes, parent participation classes, events, competitions, and birthday parties. The program takes place in a gymnastics facility that is described as one of the premier gymnastics programs in the country and as a huge gym. Gym-Nest hosts birthday parties that are described as an “awesome stress free party for your child.”

• Schedule: Office hours Monday 1:00 pm–8:00 pm; Tuesday–Friday 9:00 am–7:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am–1:00 pm; office hours are flexible and subject to change as needed

Founded in 1984, Gym-Nest has been offering gymnastics programs for many years. Its stated mission is to develop happy, healthy, responsible children through its programs and to build self-esteem, confidence, and a love of learning. The program is described as one of the premier gymnastics programs in the country and offers what it calls Long Island's premier competitions.

Parents describe Gym-Nest as the best gymnastics studio or facility and say the coaches, staff, and teachers are incredible or amazing. One parent notes that their daughter has been going for around two years and loves it, and another mentions that their child loves going each week. Multiple parents comment that the gym is huge.
