Camp Elyon offers a wide range of daily activities, including sports coaching, organized sports, leagues, swimming, daily arts and crafts, wood working and crafts, and daily main activities. Campers take part in trips such as hikes, biking, zip line, rafting, boating, go-karting, amusement parks, water parks, special trips, and weekly night activities and trips. The program also includes special late nights, overnights, barbeques, a two day overnight, an adventure ropes course, and extra trips, sports, and night activities.

Camp Elyon states that its goal is to provide a positive environment full of geshmake within a torahdike atmosphere to bring out the best in every child, and that its programs balance ruchniyus and gashmiyus. The program runs divisions by school grade, including Elyonim, Elyoneers, Elyon Prime, Elyon Plus, Elyon Elite, Elyon Extreme, and CIT Extreme. Camp Elyon offers a Masmidim Learning Program with a siyum, extra geshmake learning in the morning, and kriah review with innovative activities and games. The camp provides cold water or iced tea available all day and an afternoon snack.
Staff at Camp Elyon include a warm and devoted rebbi all day, geshmake, professional rabbeim, and devoted, trained bnei Torah counselors. The CIT Extreme division joins junior staff in the afternoon and gets paid, joins Elyon Extreme for all after-camp trips and night activities, and focuses on gaining skills and confidence to last a lifetime. Staff positions available include rebbe, counselor, JC, CIT, photographer, videographer, and maintenance. Camp Elyon describes itself as having a faith-based, Torahdike atmosphere.
