Hidden Valley 4-H Camp offers activities that include the 4-H Esports Club and a session called Little Sparks: Flowers and Grass. Little Sparks: Flowers and Grass is scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and the 4-H Esports Club meets on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Family Play and Resource Center.

Hidden Valley 4-H Camp is part of Cornell Cooperative Extension Schuyler County, which has existed since 1917 and is celebrating the camp’s 80th anniversary in 2025. Hidden Valley 4-H Camp is an American Camping Association (ACA) Accredited Camp. The mission of Cooperative Extension is to sustain and support the community through collaborations that put experience and research to work. Programs are developed in direct response to community input and are based on current information from Cornell and other Land Grant universities across the nation. The organization conducts agricultural research and educational programs, teaches about organic and sustainable practices, shows people how to grow, prepare, and preserve food, encourages buying local, and educates about saving energy and reducing heating and cooling costs. It supports youth through 4-H clubs and Hidden Valley 4-H Camp and is involved in community initiatives such as Solar Schuyler and the HEART (Healthy Eating and Activity in Rural Towns) club. The leadership team includes Dayna Karius (Program Assistant, Camp Registrar and Graphics Specialist), Melissa C Schroeder (Executive Director & Association Issue Leader), Bruce Condie (Hidden Valley 4-H Camp Director / Manager), and the Hidden Valley 4-H 2021 Camp Advisory Committee: JoAnn Fratarcangelo, Jerakah Heady, Molly Lane, Emily Marcellus, Sue Silhan, Erin Thaete, Megan Tift, Melissa Watkins, and Christy Williams.
