Arc GLOW – Children’s Services (KidStart, Camp Rainbow, Recreation/Respite) is part of a public, non-profit organization founded by parents and friends of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program is offered by Arc GLOW, which serves individuals with a variety of disabilities including autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and neurological conditions. Arc GLOW is the result of a merger in 2021 between the Arc of Genesee Orleans and the Arc of Livingston-Wyoming. Arc GLOW is a chapter of The Arc New York. Arc GLOW proudly serves Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties. Arc GLOW benefits the local economy as one of the area’s largest employers with over 1,100 employees, and helps enhance the lives of more than 2,000 community members who rely on services each year.
