New Rochelle YMCA Youth Programs

New Rochelle YMCA Youth Programs include activities such as soccer, swim lessons, tutoring, STEM projects, and arts and crafts. The programs also offer healthy snacks as part of the youth experience. Older participants can access American Red Cross trainings in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED through the New Rochelle YMCA.

• Schedule: Programs are offered during facility hours, with options Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

The New Rochelle YMCA describes itself as a family-oriented community service organization that welcomes all people and promotes positive values through programs that build spirit, mind, and body. The New Rochelle YMCA is a proud provider of American Red Cross health and safety trainings.
