Next Level Day Camp for Girls is a skill-based elective camp that offers specialized instruction in sports, arts, enrichment, STEM, and unique activities, with an elective-based program where campers choose their activities and schedule each day, and no two days are the same. Campers are strongly encouraged a few times each week to choose an elective activity outside of their comfort zone. The camp states a willingness to customize something special for individual campers.

Ed Metzendorf is the founder and director of Next Level Camp for Girls and Next Level Camp for Boys. The camp’s staff includes teachers and instructors from New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut who specialize in training children. Ed Metzendorf was a two-time captain of his college tennis team, currently coaches the Hunter College tennis teams, and is involved in the Mamaroneck soccer and basketball leagues, and his wife Beth is a social worker and former division leader at Camp Scatico. In 2000, Ed Metzendorf developed Bunk1.com, a summer camp technology company, and he serves on the Board of The Summer Camp and is involved in Camp Champions, which both give kids from less fortunate environments the opportunity to attend summer camp.
