Park Avenue Armory Arts Education
Thompson Arts Center at Park Avenue Armory, 643 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10065
About
Park Avenue Armory Arts Education offers creativity-based arts education programs. The program includes free performances, workshops, tailored residencies, and paid internships for students from under-resourced New York City public schools each year.
About the provider
Park Avenue Armory supports unconventional works in the performing and visual arts that cannot be fully realized in a traditional proscenium theater, concert hall, or white wall gallery. Its mission includes enabling a diverse range of artists to create, students to explore, and audiences to experience work that cannot be done elsewhere in New York.
