Summer Programs offers acting training that builds on The Academy’s performance-based approach. Participants study with industry instructors as part of a broader set of acting options that also includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting, an Associate of Occupational Studies in Acting, and a Full-Time Conservatory Program.

The Academy states its mission as “A Legacy Of Artistic Excellence.” Its alumni have received 113 Oscar nominations, 361 Emmy nominations, and 102 Tony nominations. Summer Programs are part of a larger training environment that also includes The Academy Company, a select group of third-year students who present a season of performances, and more than 50 auditions held worldwide.
