Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation Programs include gymnastics classes, gymnastics teams, summer camp, community and afterschool gymnastics programs, and community gymnastics partnerships. The program offers rhythmic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline gymnastics, and also hosts events such as the Harlem Gymnastics Invitational, National Gymnastics Day in Harlem & Detroit, and the WHGF Performance Gala. Additional activities include Nutrition and Reading Workshops and Black Gymnasts in History.

Established in 1996, the Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation trains competitive rhythmic, artistic, tumbling, and trampoline gymnastics teams. The organization provides free and low-cost gymnastics classes for girls and boys ages 18 months through, and including, adults. The mission of the Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation is to empower the lives of young people from underserved communities by improving physical and emotional health through the sport of gymnastics. The leadership team includes Founder Wendy Hilliard and Director of Sport Development Nick Nicholas, and WHGF athletes have won National and International Championships. The foundation is involved in community gymnastics partnerships and National Gymnastics Day in Harlem & Detroit.
