Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation Programs offer gymnastics classes along with competitive rhythmic, artistic, tumbling, and trampoline gymnastics. The programs also include community and afterschool gymnastics, a summer camp, and events such as the Harlem Gymnastics Invitational, National Gymnastics Day in Harlem & Detroit, and the WHGF Performance Gala. Participants may also take part in nutrition workshops, reading workshops, and community gymnastics partnerships.

The Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation was established in 1996. The organization’s mission is to empower the lives of young people from underserved communities by improving physical and emotional health through the sport of gymnastics. The programs train competitive rhythmic, artistic, tumbling, and trampoline gymnastics teams, and WHGF athletes have won National and International Championships. The organization employs 25 gymnastics instructors and program staff and also offers an online virtual location. The founder is Wendy Hilliard, and Nick Nicholas is the Director of Sport Development. The programs also feature Black Gymnasts in History as part of their unique offerings.
