Owego Gymnastics & Activity Center offers recreational gymnastics, tumbling, competitive gymnastics, and a competitive team, including USAG and XCEL programs. The program includes classes such as Gymnastics Walking-Teens, Beginning Gymnastics (Diamonds), Intermediate Gymnastics (Advanced Diamonds), Boys (Tornadoes), Younger girls (Bears), Preschoolers (Tigers), Parent and Tot (Lions), and the S.T.A.R.S. Program for non-competitive children. Additional activities include Taekwon-Do, dance, open gym, Lollipop Kids open gym for younger children, Kids Night Out, Family Fun Days, parties, summer weeks, private lessons, clinics, and school year programs in gymnastics, dance, and Taekwon-Do.

Owego Gymnastics & Activity Center has been serving families in the Owego and surrounding areas since 1964, first as The Girls-Athletic and Gymnastics Club of Owego, then Owego Scamps Gymnastics Club, and now under its current name. It is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, with the legal name Girls Gymnastic-Athletic Club of Owego NY Inc., and its mission states that it teaches gymnastics in a fun and safe environment for people of all ages and levels while promoting social and physical development through gymnastics, fitness, and health-related activities. The mission also states that the Center aims to serve all members of the community regardless of abilities or economic status by offering personalized classes for children with special needs, mainstreaming, and scholarships, and describes itself as a Center for everyone. Program services include classes for children with special needs (Kids R Special) and field trips for organizations such as Head Start and Franziska Racker Center.
The Center lists equipment such as a Tumble Trak, Tumbl Trak Ropes, 2 uneven bars, a climbing rope, a horizontal bar, a foam pit, a vaulting table, spring boards, low and high beams, dance bars, a sparring dummy, parallettes, wall bars, a spring floor, floor mats, landing blocks and landing mats, training aids and foam blocks, 4 inflatables, and mushrooms and bucket, and notes that it is constantly upgrading, replacing, and purchasing new equipment. Community involvement includes field trips for other organizations and sponsorship from Tioga State Bank, Leon E. Cook Excavating, Tioga United Way, Floyd Hooker Foundation Grant, and Tioga Downs Regional Community Foundation for 2024–2025. The 2025–2026 Board of Directors includes Tara Lounsbury (President), Deb Simmons (Vice President), Christina Brown (Treasurer), Jennifer Schecter (Secretary), and members Peter Ahart, Erica Bayne, Doc Halliday, Nora Schumacher, Josh Skellet, Sandy Stickler, and Betsy Snyder, with Jana Bowen serving as Executive Director.
