The Grit Ninja offers ninja training that focuses on obstacle-based challenges. The program also runs the Grit On The Go mobile obstacle program, which brings ninja-style obstacles to different settings.

Co-founders Allison and Eric Meltzer lead The Grit Ninja. Ninja is an obstacle-based sport that requires athletes to use upper body power, grip strength, balance, and agility to move through unique and challenging course designs. With roots in parkour, climbing, and gymnastics, ninja training at The Grit Ninja uses these influences to build a wide range of technical skills and overall strength. The Grit On The Go mobile obstacle program is fully customizable for school or camp visits, private events and celebrations, theme weeks, team building, and more. Opening this business began with a mission to positively impact the lives of the children and adults that participate by building a supportive community that encourages personal growth and individual accomplishment.
