KTI Early Childhood Program (ECP)

The Early Childhood Program (ECP) is part of Congregation KTI’s suburban campus, which also includes a Religious School and other congregational spaces. The program is situated within a congregation that identifies as egalitarian and progressive and is described as an Early Childhood Program of that community.

Congregation KTI, which houses the Early Childhood Program, has been celebrating 138 years of Jewish life and learning. It is an egalitarian and progressive congregation serving Port Chester, Rye Brook, Rye, and Greenwich for over a century. The congregation describes itself as having been born of diversity, with Jews of different backgrounds coming together to worship, learn, and support one another. It states that this diversity now includes interfaith families, single-parent families, LGBTQ families, and Jews by choice within a Conservative but modern tradition. The congregation’s mission statement notes that it values Jewish learning, fosters spiritual worship, serves the community, supports the State of Israel, gathers to engage in social action, and communes with nature. Rabbi Ben Goldberg is mentioned as the rabbi authorized to act as agent in the sale of hametz.
