Nina's Gymnastics Center offers recreational gymnastics and competitive gymnastics. The program includes USAG competitive levels 2–10 and Xcel, and its team has had competition seasons described as amazing journeys.

Nina's Gymnastics Center is described as the most established gymnastics school in New York and represents 49 successful years of operation. Its mission is to provide a comprehensive gymnastics program that empowers individuals to become well-rounded athletes while also equipping them with the tools necessary to succeed in life. The coaches are all safety certified and hold gymnastics championship titles on all levels. Nina’s has produced hundreds of individual State and Regional Champions, National Finalists, two National Champions, two National Team Members, and six elite gymnasts, and is noted as the home of State, Regional, and National Champions.
