Five-Star Cross Country Running Camp at Iroquois Springs includes running workouts, form analysis, and training along with swimming and an annual swim challenge. Campers take part in team-building, interactive games, movies, ultimate frisbee, beach volleyball, and talent shows. The program also uses tools for goal setting, video analysis, and a low coach to camper ratio, and includes hearty breakfasts and guest speakers.
