Rochester Rotary Sunshine Camp is a fully accessible residential summer camp that offers activities such as a rock climbing wall, zipline, Olympic sized swimming pool, archery course, fully accessible wooden treehouse, the Gizzi Family Sensory Center, splash pad, boating, fishing, mini golf, arts and crafts, digital photography, music, nature trails, and other sports. Campers can also use a climbing wall, ride the zip line through the woods, and spend time in the Gizzi Family Sensory Center, which features activities that stimulate the visual, hearing, smell, touch, and taste senses.

Since 1922, Rochester Rotary Sunshine Camp has provided a summer camp where children with disabilities can simply have fun, without any barriers. The camp is a fully accessible residential summer camp that meets the needs of children with paralysis and other physical challenges and their families and is described as the only camp facility of its kind in Greater Rochester that gives children with special needs unique overnight camping experiences. The camp offers state-of-the-art experiences for campers, including a fully accessible wooden treehouse and the Gizzi Family Sensory Center. Kids with disabilities get the chance to just be kids while their parents get a much-deserved respite, and the camp is offered for free for two weeks every summer to children with disabilities.
Rochester Rotary Sunshine Camp is owned by Rochester Rotary Charitable Trusts Inc. and operated by the Rochester Rotary Club. The facility hosts summer camps held by Rochester Rotary as well as eight partner agencies, and during the rest of the summer, the camp is enjoyed by campers from these partner agencies. The camp is available for rental by non-profit organizations in the fall (September 1–November 30) and spring (March 1–Memorial Day). The leadership team includes Sunshine Camp Director Brandi Koch and Facilities Manager Jarod Alexander, and staff members are described as experienced and highly trained to work with children facing all kinds of physical challenges.
