Blooming Grove Recreation Youth Programs is part of the Blooming Grove Recreation Department and offers youth programming under the department’s broader mission. The programs run at set times during the week and are part of a year round schedule that also includes activities for preschoolers, teens, adults, and senior citizens.

The Blooming Grove Recreation Youth Programs operate under the leadership of Recreation Leader Christie Alvarez. The department’s mission is to provide a safe, well-organized, affordable and wholesome program for the entire community, with a year round quality program that is both educational and fun for the entire family. The Blooming Grove Latch Key Program, which is part of the department’s offerings, was named Orange County's School Age Child Care of the Year for 2024.
