Mini Monet Art Studio

Mini Monet Art Studio offers art clubs, drawing and painting, sculpture and clay, cartooning, art and craft, open studio ceramics, wood cutouts, paint nights, camps, workshops, and birthday parties. Listed activities include sketching, inking, coloring cartoons, shading, sketching, perspective, painting with acrylics and watercolors, and projects using paper mache, plaster, air dry clay, and polymer clay.

• Art Club | Grades K-3 — Grades K-3 · Monday or Wednesday · $170 per session · 6 weeks; students will be using acrylic paint and other materials that may not come out of clothing.

• Drawing & Painting | Grades 3-7 — Grades 3-7 · $170 per session · 6 week class; students learn shading, sketching, perspective, and painting techniques with acrylics and watercolors.
• Sculpture & Clay | Grades K-6 — Grades K-6 · $170 per session · 6 week session; projects use paper mache, plaster, air dry clay, polymer clay, and more.
• Teens & Tweens Art Hour | Grades 5-10 — Grades 5-10 · $170 per session · 6 weeks; draw, paint, craft, sculpt and build in a relaxing environment.
• Art & Craft Club | Grades 3-8 — Grades 3-8 · $170 per session · Students create a variety of art projects; draw, paint, craft, sculpt and build.
• Cartooning 101 with Johnny | Grades 1-7 — Grades 1-7 · $170 per session · Students sketch, ink, and color cartoons; questions are encouraged.
• Advanced Cartooning with Johnny — Grades 8+ and advanced students who have been approved · For grades 8+; advanced students must be approved.

About the provider

Mini Monet Art Studio says it encourages students to express themselves freely through visual art while developing fine art work through a variety of mediums and techniques. It also teaches the fundamentals of drawing and painting, fosters an appreciation of art and artists, and allows for creative expression.

• Open Studio / Retail — Offering open studio for ceramics and wood cutouts, plus a retail gift shop.
• Classes, clubs, workshops and birthday parties — Held in the back studio; entrance in rear parking lot.

No refunds for classes. One missed class due to illness or emergency only; vacations and other activities do not count. Students may attend a different day of class if notified ahead of time. Makeup days must be within the session. A class needs at least 5 students to run. Sibling discount: sign up two siblings and save $20. Camps are non-refundable; with at least two weeks notice, a credit may be issued. No partial attendance for camps. Campers must submit registration forms/waivers before attending.
