Ivy League School & Day Camp

Ivy League School & Day Camp includes Ivy League School and Day Camp, Ivy League Day Camp, and The Day Care Center at Ivy League. Children at the program explore the sciences, take part in performing and creative arts programs, and may participate in a Mini camper program, a travel program, and activities such as a dual-zipline.

Since 1961, Ivy League has been a private school. Its stated mission is to support and encourage a child’s lively intellect, promote independence and self-confidence, foster social competency, and inspire a love of learning. All students receive individualized academic attention.

Owners Margaret Velez-Cooper and Noah Cooper reside on the grounds year-round and are listed as Owners and Camp Directors. The leadership team also includes Principal Ismael Colón, Director of Teaching and Learning Dot Woo, Main Office contact Rebecca Woltmann, Billing contact Mike, Camp Director Meredith Stern, and Day Care Director Denise Daniels. One example from the camp notes that an Ivy League camper, Nicholas, uses a dual-zipline, and that a camper named Angelina, who learned to swim at Ivy League as a Mini camper and is now in the travel program, currently has four top 10 nationally ranked times for her age.
