The BrickLab offers LEGO-based open play, private parties, camps, special events, and classes. Kids can take part in activities such as Birthday Party Events and Classes, Monthly Master Builder Event, Builder's Night Out, No School Day Camp, Scout Events, Home School Classes, Summer Camps, and a Before and After School Program. Open Play is available on Saturdays from 4:00–8:00pm.

The BrickLab is led by owner Terry Moss, who has over 15 years of experience teaching special education, along with team members Mo and Andrew. The program includes LEGO activities described as LEGO fun for everyone, from open play to private parties, camps, and special events, and offers E-Gift Cards. According to the program, building activities are associated with STEM skills, social connection, and creative confidence.
Parent feedback includes a review from Ciara, who described celebrating a 6th birthday at The BrickLab as fantastic and highly recommended having a party there. Loni shared that her daughter enjoyed building LEGO characters, visiting dinosaur and kit stations, and noted the affordable entry fee. Michelle reported that a class visit was fun for all ages and that the class enjoyed going.
