Camp Harbor offers daily Red Cross swim instruction in a private, in-ground, heated pool, along with music, arts and crafts, and athletics. The program also includes academic enrichment, STEAM education, weekly contests and challenges, and field trips for 6th–8th graders. A Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is available for 9th and 10th graders.

• Schedule: Seven-week summer program with full-day and mini-day options, plus extended day care

Camp Harbor is open to students entering PK3 through 8th grade, with smaller group sizes than required by New York State. Flexible scheduling options include full days from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and mini days from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for up to five days per week. Extended day options include morning care starting at 7:30 a.m. and aftercare ending at 6:00 p.m., with free morning care from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. In-person tours are available, and Open Houses are held on January 15th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., March 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and May 16th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with no RSVPs needed. A Meet & Greet for registered campers takes place on June 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. so campers can meet staff and explore the campus prior to camp’s kick-off day.

NYS certified teachers serve as group leaders at Camp Harbor. The leadership team includes Camp Director April Bier, Director of Camp Operations Erica Pacheco, and Camp Health Office staff member Nancy Busa, a registered nurse. The camp’s stated mission is that “Camp Harbor kids explore to learn, discover to grow and create friendships and memories to last a lifetime!”
