Camp Harbor offers daily Red Cross swim instruction in a private, in-ground, heated pool, along with music, arts and crafts, and athletics. The program also includes academic enrichment, STEAM education, and weekly contests and challenges. Field trips are available for 6th–8th graders, and there is a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program for 9th and 10th graders.

• Schedule: Seven-week summer program with flexible full-day and mini-day options, plus extended day care

Camp Harbor is open to students entering PK3 through 8th grade, with a CIT program available for 9th and 10th graders. Flexible scheduling includes full days from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and mini days from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for up to five days per week. Extended day options include morning care starting at 7:30 a.m. and aftercare ending at 6:00 p.m., with free morning care from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. In-person tours are available by contacting [email protected] or calling 631-584-5534. Open Houses are scheduled for January 15th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., March 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and May 16th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with no RSVPs needed, and a Meet & Greet for registered campers takes place on June 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Group leaders at Camp Harbor are New York State certified teachers, and the camp maintains smaller group sizes than required by New York State. The leadership team includes Camp Director April Bier, Director of Camp Operations Erica Pacheco, and Camp Health Office staff member Nancy Busa, a registered nurse. The camp’s stated mission is that “Camp Harbor kids explore to learn, discover to grow and create friendships and memories to last a lifetime!”
