TheZone Jewish Sleepaway Camp

TheZone Jewish Sleepaway Camp offers activities such as zipline, go karts, horseback riding, billiards, arts and crafts, woodworking, leather craft, martial arts, kickboxing, guitar, hair styling, baking, cow milking, and a music studio. Campers also participate in a talent show as part of the program.

TheZone Jewish Sleepaway Camp is a Jewish overnight camp that includes specialty workshops differentiated for boys and girls. The program includes authentic Shabbat experiences, stimulating workshops, and special events with Jewish warmth. The camp is a division of Oorah, whose mission is to enhance the lives of Jewish families nationwide, and it is funded by Kars4Kids. TheZone experience continues after the summer with year-round events and programs, including Shabbat and holiday retreats at TheZone, holiday packages, and weekly Chillzone events. The program’s leadership team includes Avrohom Brog as Boys Division Director, Yanki Levitin as Boys Division Head Counselor, and Avi Levitin as Boys Division Program Director, along with Rivki Mandelbaum as Girls Division Director and Chanala Lesin and Miriam Freedman as Girls Division Program Directors.
