Watertown Family YMCA Youth Programs include activities such as Homeschool Gym, Aquatics, Group Ex, Child Care, Health and Wellness, a Group Wellness Retreat, the Ultimate New Year, New You Weight Loss Program, Community Kitchen, and other Y Programming. These programs take place across multiple YMCA branches that offer a variety of youth development and wellness options.

The mission of Watertown Family YMCA is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The YMCA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit social services organization dedicated to Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. Through its Gateway Scholarship and other Gateway Financial Assistance, $350,000 in assistance was provided to 1,668 families and individuals. More than 5,000 children and teens are served annually in the community through Youth Development Programs, and over 10,000 members have access to three YMCA locations. Watertown Family YMCA reports that 1,600+ children, families, and youth have been impacted by its Military Programs.
