Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics

Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics offers gymnastics, tumbling, ninja warrior, outdoor activities, birthday parties, open gymnastics, open ninja warrior, and after school programs. The program takes place in a state of the art 20,000 square foot facility with many in-ground trampolines, in-ground tumble tracks with different degrees of firmness, spotting harnesses, a dual tumbling strip that is both metal spring floor and firm cheer floor, and an in-ground declined Air Tumble Track leading to a bungee foam pit. The gym includes updated equipment for the ninja warrior program, and students can attend recreational classes and camps.

• Schedule: School-year and summer hours with daytime and afternoon/evening options on weekdays and Saturday during the school year

Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics operates with the motto “Kids First, Winning Second.” The stated goal of the program is for students to have fun, get exercise, and gain self-esteem, in an environment where safety is taken seriously. The facility has dedicated trainers and staff, and the program is led by experienced instructors. The gym has a large waiting room for viewing the whole gym with WiFi, and the space is described as well ventilated, clean, and air conditioned. Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics serves greater Rochester and Webster, New York, and is a small privately owned business with no ties to the Webster School District calendar and does not follow any schools’ calendars.
