About
Long Island Voyagers Day Camp includes activities such as exploring museums, visiting beaches, attending baseball games and other sporting events, and going on amusement park trips. Campers also take part in swimming in one of the best pools on Long Island, pool days, basketball, laser tag, farm visits, arts & crafts, BBQ’s, Italian Ice Fests, Smore’s Day, Talent Shows, and Hoola Hoop Contests. The camp is a travel camp, and all trips are included in the tuition, with transportation included.
• Ages: 4–14 years old
• Schedule: 8-week summer program from Monday, June 29th to Friday, August 21st, 2026 (closed Friday, July 3rd), with options to pick and choose weeks; minimum of two consecutive weeks and maximum of eight weeks; daily pick up between 8–9am and drop off between 4–5pm
The camp’s destination site is Wantagh Pool and Park, where campers swim and take part in sports and arts & crafts. Long Island Voyagers Day Camp provides lifeguards and Water Safety Instructors during swim according to Nassau County Health Department regulations. The staff holds CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications and includes a blend of teachers, coaches, and college students. The director holds CPR, First Aid, AED, Epi Pen, and Lifeguard certifications.
The director, Dina Marie Marrazzo, graduated from Dowling College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and from Hofstra University with a Master’s Degree in Literacy Studies. She is an author of the children’s book “Holiday Fun For Cody, Bailey and Lexy Rose,” teaches elementary school children on Long Island, and owns and operates Long Island Voyagers Day Camp.
