Youth Enrichment Services After School and Summer Programs offers daily after school programs that include homework help, tutoring, study groups, arts & crafts, music, dance, cooking, recreation, and access to a wellness center. The program also offers activities such as high interest field trips, guest speakers, PAR FORE (USGA) Golf, USTA Tennis, YMCA Teen Night, Friday Night Socials, Saturday Enrichment, Open Gyms, and Drop In Lounges. Additional options include Summer Enrichment, Summer Fun, a Drop In Lounge, and the YLP program for youth and special needs children ages 14–26.

• Schedule: Daily after school programs during the school year, with summer programs running from the first Monday after school ends through the last Friday before school begins; some programs begin as early as 7am
• Price: Tutoring YES offers tutoring services for a monthly administration fee.
Youth Enrichment Services offers work readiness, career exploration, and job placement programs for youth ages 14–21, along with Career Mentoring, Peer Mentoring, Mentoring for youth with special needs, and a Youth Leadership Project. The program also includes Youth Advisory Councils, a Community Reinvestment Program, Natural Helpers, and a Unity Ambassador Program where students from multiple school districts learn about diversity and equity, how to challenge bias, how to be an upstander to bullying, and hear from special guest speakers. Student participants in the Unity Ambassador Program create a Unity Project Action Plan for their school and community and present it at the end of four sessions at Islip High School.
The program offers individual and family counseling provided by licensed bilingual social workers who have a specialty in working with children and adolescents. It also runs substance abuse, violence, bullying, and gambling prevention workshops and programs, including Too Good for Drugs, Too Good For Violence, and Life Skills. Youth Enrichment Services meets all 20 Standards of Charity Accountability as established by the Better Business Bureau.
Youth Enrichment Services collaborated with the Great South Bay Coalition, and Nichole Schmidt was a founding member who helped the organization secure a federal Drug Free Community Support grant addressing substance use and abuse in the Bayport, Blue Point, and Sayville communities. Youth Enrichment Services also participated in Islip Goes Purple, a month-long initiative in the Town of Islip focused on mental health, substance use disorder, and celebrating those in recovery.
