Gymnastics Unlimited offers gymnastics, Learning 'n' Motion preschool classes, recreation classes, parent and tot classes, private lessons, birthday parties, and team options. As soon as a child can walk, they can participate in the activities at Gymnastics Unlimited. The facility includes floor level equipment such as trampolines and a tumble track, a 60 foot foam pit, low and high beams, parallel bars and parallettes, uneven bars and a steel bar, pommel horses, mushrooms and bucket, and separate equipment for recreation and team members, as well as a dedicated area and equipment for boys classes.

Gymnastics Unlimited was founded in 1975, with an Orchard Park facility opening in 1993, and is celebrating 50 years in business. The program states that Learning 'n' Motion is a non-traditional classroom program that integrates gymnastics with preschool program activities, and that its programs enhance positive self-esteem, listening skills, and problem solving abilities. The student to teacher ratio is 7 to 1 or less. The gym is described as fully equipped with floor level equipment including trampolines and a tumble track, a 60 foot foam pit, 2 sets of rings, a climbing rope, a horizontal bar, foam vaulting table, vaulting boxes, spring boards, low and high beams, parallel bars and parallettes, uneven bars and a steel bar, floor mats, landing blocks and crash mats, training aids and foam blocks, pommel horses, mushrooms and bucket, separate equipment for recreation and team members, dedicated equipment and area for boys classes, and air conditioning. The program states that it is here to offer the children of WNY a fully equipped gym with caring and professional instruction for all levels. Gymnastics Unlimited’s philosophy is dedicated to the individual child and to their development as a whole, with a goal for each individual to enrich their life through the sport of gymnastics, reach their personal best, and in the process enjoy the sport, have self confidence, success, and fun. The staff includes only certified and trained instructors, and instructors are current with sports injury first aid and CPR, and all coaches are extensively trained in safety.
