Steffi Nossen School of Dance offers classes in Parents & Toddlers, Creative Movement, Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Afrobeats, and Dance and Movement. The program also includes Movement & Dance classes adapted for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities. Classes are available for students from beginner through pre-professional levels, including a pre-professional program for 4th–12th graders by audition only, as well as open, drop-in adult classes and Adaptive Dance for ages 5 through adults.

Founded as a modern dance school in 1937 by dance legend Steffi Nossen, the school is the oldest dance school in Westchester County. In 1958 the school was established as a private trust and Foundation, and in 1982 it was established as a not-for-profit organization. The mission of Steffi Nossen School of Dance is sharing the joy and benefits of dance with all members of the Westchester community through high quality dance programs. It is a not-for-profit organization that promotes the awareness of dance and the opportunity to dance for all without boundaries and borders, with the guiding idea that anyone can dance and everyone should. The leadership team includes Shelley K. Grantham (Executive Director), Tara Levoci (School Coordinator), Jessica DiMauro Marks (Artistic Director), Alyssa Fulmer (Company Director), Judith G. Ross (Community Relations Director), and Christa Chepurny (Business & Marketing Manager).
