BAYarts Youth Art Programs are part of BAYarts, which offers year round classes for both adults and children. The programs take place on the BAYarts campus, which includes the Huntington House Office, Gift Shop and Dianne Boldman Education Gallery, as well as the Fuller House Sullivan Family Gallery and Fuller House Coffee Cart. BAYarts also hosts events such as Thursday Markets, Bark in the Park, the Annual Plein Air Paint Out: Artistic by Nature, and a Sunday Summer Concert Series on the back lawn from 7–9 pm.

The BAYarts leadership team includes Executive Director Beth Milli; Artistic Director Karen Petkovic; Director of Creative Programming & Campus Operations Linda Goik; Marketing Manager Marissa Siebert; Office Manager Shay Casey; and Event Sales + Logistics Manager Jen Rickey-Voss. The Board of Directors includes President Mary Conway Sullivan, Vice President Andrea L. Richards, Secretary Lisa Napoli, Treasurer Ryan Dobroka, and board members Karen Brill and Ron Chudowsky. Beth Milli holds a BA from Cleveland State University, is LEAD (Leadership Exchange in Arts and Disability) certified, and is a Certified National Geographic Educator. Shay Casey received a Bachelor of Arts from Cleveland State University in 2022. Karen Brill holds a B.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Lisa Napoli holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University and a law degree from the University of Akron.
BAYarts is described as the premier west side destination for visual arts and cultural events, and its motto is “Artistic by Nature.” BAYarts’ Artisan Shop supports regional artists, and BAYarts hosts a popular Holiday Shop that is described as a winter wonderland. BAYarts’ community involvement includes art-themed fundraising events created by Linda Goik for causes such as Juvenile Diabetes, Adults With Disabilities, Domestic Violence and The Cleveland Clinic Starry Night. Beth Milli has served on the board of The Bay Village Foundation and participates in community events. Andrea L. Richards’ philanthropic roles include serving as Board President for Hartley House of Frederick, Maryland; President of the St. Jude Research Hospital Women’s Club in Memphis, Tennessee; President and co-founder of Diane’s Voice, Inc., in Jupiter, Florida; and Board of Trustees member for Lighthouse Art Center in Tequesta, Florida. Lisa Napoli serves as Vice President of the Bay Village Education Foundation. Andrea L. Richards received the Sheryl K Nienhuis Volunteer of the Year award from St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in 2004 and the Volunteer of the Year award at El Sol Neighborhood Resource Center of Jupiter, Florida, in 2012.
