Bluffton Family YMCA offers specific programs such as Jr Cavs K-3 Youth Basketball, Adult Indoor Soccer, Adult Coed Indoor Volleyball, and a Daddy Daughter Dance. The program operates with 24 hour access available for members 18 and older in addition to regular staffed hours.
• Schedule: General facility hours include Monday–Friday 5am–8pm and Saturday 8am–3pm, with Sunday closed; an additional listed schedule is Monday–Friday 5am–7pm.

The leadership team includes Jared Lehman as President/CEO, Terri Averesch as Vice-President, Michelle Spees in Human Resources, Amy Byers as Executive Director, Jessica Ladd as Office Manager, Aaron Freed as Facilities Manager, and a Program Director. The Bluffton Family YMCA offers financial assistance and child care. The organization received recognition in The Lima News Best of the Region, where it was voted #1 for Best Fitness Facility and #3 for Best Customer Service, and it participates in The Lima News Best of the Region voting campaign.
