The mission of the Community Learning Centers Before + After School Program (CLC STARS) is to develop, deliver and implement quality educational services and programs. The program is connected to the Safer Ohio School Tip Line, which is a free safety resource available to all Ohio schools. The Safer Ohio School Tip Line is an anonymous reporting system that accepts tips by call, text, webform, and mobile app 24 hours a day, and tips submitted to 844-SaferOH (844-723-3764) are triaged and used to notify local school officials, law enforcement agencies, and the Ohio School Safety Center for action and follow-up as needed.
