Brook Park Recreation Department offers youth sports and programs for ages 5 to 18. It also offers fitness classes such as Zumba, Vinyasa Yoga, and Body Sculpting, and all fitness classes are held in the Brook Park Room and do charge a fee. Silver Sneakers Classic Class is available for adults age 65 and older, with classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30am to 10:15am.

- Youth Sports and Programs — 5-18 · Volunteers are welcomed to coach the youth in the community. The Recreation Department says there are many sports or programs.

About the provider
The Brook Park Recreation Department provides all programs and facilities on a non-discriminatory basis for all citizens, regardless of age, race, sex, creed or disability. Its leadership team includes Chris Wetmore, Amanda Morgano, Danny Colonna, Joe Krucke, Gianna DiMassa, and Joan Corrigan. The department welcomes volunteers to coach youth in the community, and it notes that school camps, day camps, and church groups can reserve time at the Outdoor Waterpark.
