Williams County Family YMCA Youth Programs include activities such as Kid Zone, Preschool Summer Mini Camp, Before & After School Care, Summer Camp, Ninja Zone, Youth Indoor Soccer, Youth Volleyball, Homeschool P.E., and the Waves Swim Team. The program also offers Open Swim, Group Swim Lessons (Stages 1–4), Private Swim Lessons, Little Waves Swim Class, Water Aerobics, and access to a pool, hot tub, and sauna. Families can also use the gymnasium, track, fitness center with cardio machines and free weights, and take part in Adult Volleyball, Adult Basketball, Pickleball, Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, 1k and 5k Fun Run/Walk events, and the Y360 App.

Membership includes access to the pool, sauna, group fitness classes, Kid Zone, and more during regular business hours, and 24/7 access to the Bard Family Foundation Fitness Center is available for members who are 18 and older. The Y360 App is free to all of Williams County and allows users to stream YMCA content anytime.
Kid Zone is for ages 6 weeks to 8 years, is for members only, requires a guardian to stay on-site, and is staff supervised. Ninja Zone is obstacle-based and staff supervised. Youth Indoor Soccer is non-competitive and co-ed, and the Waves Swim Team is competitive. The 1k Fun Run/Walk is untimed and welcomes guardians, while the 5k Fun Run/Walk is timed and family friendly.
For Open Swim and general pool access, all ages are allowed, but children under 10 must have an adult in the water, and children under 12 must pass a swim test to use deep water. The gymnasium is open to ages 8 and older with a guardian in the facility, and ages 10 and older may use it without a guardian.
