Cambridge Area YMCA Family Center Youth Programs include youth sports, swim lessons, child care, yoga, group exercise classes, personal training, and weight management. The programs offer a variety of activities that focus on strengthening spirit, sharpening mind, and building body.
• Schedule: Staffed hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:00AM to 8:00PM, Friday from 6:00AM to 7:00PM, and Saturday from 8:00AM to 12:00PM.

As a community-based charitable and collaborative organization that is volunteer-driven, it works with other non-profit organizations, the Chamber of Commerce, and the United Way to enhance and expand its programs and services.
