YMCA Summer Day Camp includes activities such as swimming, open swim, pool time, and swim lessons. Campers take part in youth sports classes and leagues, specialty fitness classes, open gym, and the Water Bears Swim Club, where swim practices concentrate on all four competitive strokes, turns, and race techniques. The program also includes field trips, guest speakers, and other summer camp activities.

• Schedule: Day camp operates Monday–Friday, with specific hours varying by location between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm, and day camp activities taking place between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
• Price: For YMCA members the cost is $210/week and for individuals without a YMCA membership the cost is $240/week; the weekly rate includes all field trips, swimming, guest speakers, camp materials, and more
The YMCA of Central Stark County is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit social services organization dedicated to Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. When families join the Y, they join a movement to strengthen their community while strengthening themselves. The leadership team connected with this program includes Pam Leddon (Vice President of Operations), Curtis Duffield (Membership & Wellness Director), Amy Long (Teen & Family Director), and Kristy Micklos (Aquatics Director).
