YMCA Day Camps – YMCA of Greater Cleveland

YMCA Day Camps – YMCA of Greater Cleveland offers Summer Day Camp, Sports Camp, Arts Camp, Science Camp, Preschool Camp (Little Explorers), Teen Camp (Y Leaders Academy), and Holiday Camps. Campers can take part in sports training, performing arts, visual arts, an interactive and engaging science curriculum with topics ranging from life on earth to outer space, and hands-on activities. Teen Camp (Y Leaders Academy) is a leadership and workforce-readiness camp that focuses on life skills, teamwork, and personal growth through hands-on activities, fitness, and community engagement, and Preschool Camp (Little Explorers) combines play, creativity, and age-appropriate activities in a supportive setting.

The YMCA of Greater Cleveland states that YMCA Day Camps are “a home away from home where kids laugh, learn, explore, and grow, all while creating memories and friendships that last a lifetime.” The YMCA of Greater Cleveland is a nonprofit organization focused on the well-being of everyone in the community and offers community health programs and a community garden. The YMCA of Greater Cleveland proudly holds Praesidium Accreditation for its child care programs, which covers child safety and protection. The organization also states that it believes cost should never be a barrier so everyone can find a welcoming place where they truly belong.
