Kids First Sports Center offers Tumble Bees, Girls Gym Jam, Boys Gym Jam, The Swim School, Cheery O's, Just Tumble, Fly Kids / Queen City Ninja, Aerial Arts & Acro, Kids First Academy, Foundations Pediatric Therapy, Queen City Dance Adacemy, and Soccer Shots. The activities listed include preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, swim lessons, cheer classes, tumbling and trampoline classes, ninja training, aerial arts and acrobatics, an after school program, pediatric therapy, dance classes, and soccer classes.

• General schedule: Enrollment is ongoing. You may enroll and un-enroll as you wish with no long term commitment. You may make changes to day/time/program anytime through Team Hospitality as long as there is room in the new class.
• Facility hours: Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-9:00pm; Friday: 9:00am-8:30pm; Saturday: 9:00am-4:30pm; Sunday: 9:00am-3:00pm
