Camp Mary Orton Summer Camps

Camp Mary Orton Summer Camps include Discovery Day Camp, which is a traditional outdoor camp for children, and Adventure Academy, which is a week-long day camp. Adventure Academy runs from June through August. Camp Mary Orton is also the premier destination for team building and leadership development in Columbus, and thousands of corporate teams, athletic teams, and community organizations in Central Ohio have used Camp Mary Orton for team building.

The mission of Camp Mary Orton is to strengthen families and communities by providing opportunities for personal growth, a place to experience nature and respite, and a resource that contributes to the mission of Godman Guild. Facilities Director Sean Dolan is part of the leadership team. Volunteer opportunities at Camp Mary Orton include landscaping, mulching, planting, painting, and other projects, with options for groups of any size. The historic Lodge at Camp Mary Orton has original wood floors, a high-beamed ceiling, and a 14-foot wide stone fireplace, and it is used as an event venue for weddings and receptions. Camp Mary Orton can also host weddings, graduation parties, birthday parties, reunions, barbecues, dances, picnics, corporate events, and other celebrations, and offers birthday parties for children and adults ages 7 to 14.
