HARCATUS Youth Employment Services is a program of HARCATUS Tri-County C.A.O., Inc. The program can be contacted directly by phone at 330-432-8515 for Youth Employment Services information. All services through HARCATUS are provided free of charge to eligible households.

HARCATUS Tri-County C.A.O., Inc. is a non-profit corporation assisting low-income individuals and families in Harrison, Carroll, and Tuscarawas Counties. HARCATUS programs are funded through a variety of state, federal and local grants, as well as private donations and local fund raising efforts. HARCATUS is governed by a tripartite Board consisting of one-third public sector representatives, one-third low-income representatives, and one-third private sector representatives. The mission of HARCATUS is to improve the quality of life for individuals and families by minimizing the effects of poverty, promoting self-sufficiency and advocating for positive change. The leadership team includes Alison Kerns (Executive Director), Amy Mahaffey (Energy Services Manager), Pam Maloy (CACFP & SNP Director), Erica Rozek (Community Initiative Director), JoEllen Sanders (Fiscal Director), and Brooke Yager (Head Start Director). HARCATUS Tri-County C.A.O., Inc. assists the Ohio counties of Harrison, Carroll, and Tuscarawas and partners with federal, state, and local governments, as well as other groups to develop, manage, and deliver human and social services for the betterment of communities.
