Childtime of Fairborn Programs has a Five Star-rated Step Up To Quality program and is described as accredited and recognized as a high-quality early education program. The approach is described as designed to help young learners grow as students and as individuals.
The leadership team includes Director Jessica Boles, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Administration and has certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Communicable Disease. Staff education includes degrees ranging from Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials to B.A. degrees in education, and all staff members are required to be certified in CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention, and Communicable Disease within their first year of employment.
