Fitton Center for Creative Arts – Art Classes, Workshops, and Summer Camps

Fitton Center for Creative Arts – Art Classes, Workshops, and Summer Camps offers art classes, workshops, and summer camps along with live performances and gallery exhibitions. The program also includes community art projects such as StreetSpark and the Wings of Hope mosaic, as well as events through the Fitton Center Cinema with a community-based, art-house style. Families can also attend rock, jazz, and classical music performances, guest speakers, dance and comedy performances, and live theater.

• Schedule: Building office hours are Monday–Thursday 10:00am–6:00pm and Friday 10:00am–5:00pm; gallery hours are Monday–Thursday 10:00am–7:00pm and Friday 10:00am–5:00pm.
• Price: All exhibitions are free and open to the whole community.

The program is a non-profit community arts organization with five galleries that present about 20 diverse exhibitions each year, all free of charge. Its mission is “Building community excellence through the arts and culture.” It has served the Hamilton and Butler County communities for almost 30 years and offers scholarships to support equal access to art education. Community engagement includes original, innovative, and fun community art projects at events throughout Hamilton and Butler County, as well as partnerships with organizations such as Booker T. Washington Community Center, Boys & Girls Club of Hamilton, and Best Point Education & Behavioral Health.
