Camp Asbury

Camp Asbury offers summer programming with five weeks of outdoor activities for children and youth. Its outdoor activities include an eighteen-hole disc golf course, an open meadow, three grass volleyball courts, five miles of hiking trails, and two miles of the Buckeye Trail on the property. Authorized program activities with advance notice include archery range, low ropes, high ropes and giant swing, waterfront activities such as swimming and canoeing, fishing, guided day hikes, night hikes, and wagon rides.

About the provider

Camp Asbury has been a year-round camp and retreat center since 1957, and it began summer programming in 1957. It is accredited by the American Camp Association and has been a certified tree farm since 1981. A thirty-one person Board of Camps and Retreat Ministries provides vision, policy, and evaluation of all programs and facilities.

East Ohio Camps are open to all persons without regard to race, religion, gender or national origin. An equal number of males/females may be required for some events and some events are designed for only girls or only boys. Refund policy details are stated on the program page.
