The Goddard School of Macedonia offers activities such as American Sign Language, art history, dance, engineering, handwriting, music appreciation, physical fitness, yoga and mindfulness, and exploration of world cultures and secondary languages. Children also have access to playgrounds and can take part in before school and after school time, including before and after school transportation. The program includes special events and experiences such as an Art Show Open House, a Rock 'n' Roll Show, a balloon artist, face painting, and a field trip to Longwood Park.

The Goddard School of Macedonia offers programs through its Wonder of Learning education program, with an expert curriculum created by early childhood development experts and experienced teachers. The school provides personalized lesson plans focused on whole-child development and high-quality educational programming described as igniting curiosity and fueling a lifelong love of learning. Programs include an infant classroom for ages 6 weeks to 12 months, a toddler classroom for ages 12 to 24 months, a twos classroom for ages 2 to 3 years, a bridge classroom for ages 2.5 to 3.5 years, a preschool classroom for ages 3 to 4 years, and a pre-K classroom for ages 4 to 5 years, as well as programs for kindergarten and beyond. The school also offers a Summer Wonder program with field trips and special visitors such as a Rock 'n' Roll Show, balloon artist, and face painting.

The venue features EPA-approved cleaning products, finger guards, a gate alarm, a non-biometric security scanner, outdoor security cameras, and playgrounds. The on-site school owner, Mr. Chris, has been in this role since the school opened in June of 2007. Mr. Chris graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance, began his career as a mutual fund accountant, and later received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Capital University.

The Goddard School of Macedonia states that the start of a child's journey matters and that it offers an expert curriculum, experienced teachers, and a nurturing environment to provide the best foundation for their growth. The school has received Child Care Aware recognition from January 2020 through January 2030, NAEYC Accredited Level 1 from November 2024 through November 2029, and Step Up To Quality Gold in July 2024.

Parent feedback includes descriptions of a “safe and friendly learning environment with a team of employees that care” from Killian’s father in the toddler classroom and reports from Myles and Tyson’s mother in the pre-K classroom that they are “extremely pleased with the care and education” and that their child loves going to school every day. Kevin’s mother in the toddler classroom notes appreciation for a flexible schedule and a daily activity report. Other parents mention that their children have “flourished,” that there is “great communication and safe learning environment,” that technology is integrated daily with both learning and play, and that the atmosphere and staff are “excellent and supportive.”
