The Betsey Mills Club Childcare Programs

The Betsey Mills Club Childcare Programs includes Little Sprouts for children 6 weeks to 3 1/2 years old, Learning Tree for children 3 to 5 years old, Summer Camp for children in kindergarten to 11 years old, Before & After School Care for school-age children, and a School-Age Drop-In Program for school-age students. Summer Camp runs from the first of June to the middle of August, from 7:00am to 5:30pm, and costs $40 flat. Before & After School Care runs from 7:00am to the beginning of school and from the end of school to 5:30pm, and costs $45 to $75 per week; the School-Age Drop-In Program costs $30 per day.

About the provider

The Betsey Mills was founded in 1911, and the building as it stands today was dedicated on June 13, 1927. The Betsey Mills Childcare was established to provide quality, loving care for community children. Lesson plans are prepared to meet Ohio Department of Education Early Learning Preschool Content Standards and Infant/Toddler Guidelines, and Ohio Department of Education Early Learning and Development Standards and Step Up to Quality guidelines are followed. The Betsey Mills Summer Camp has provided its annual camp for over 25 years, and The Betsey Mills Learning Tree has provided early educational opportunities for over 35 years.

Reservations are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Childcare programs serve children 6 weeks through 11 years old. Summer Camp is for school age children and children must have attended kindergarten the previous year. Before & After School Care includes a school bus for Marietta City School District picking children up and dropping them off at The Betsey. The School-Age Drop-in Program requires registration prior to beginning.
